Background
Alderman & Company, a leading M&A banker for the Aerospace Industry, was operating with an outdated website with poor user experience, ready-made theme-based design that lacked a Content Management System (CMS), limiting their ability to update the design or content to engage the traffic coming from their emails, or organic and pad campaigns.
The company also did not have an integrated platform like a CRM that capture the entire customer journey and provide data from different digital customer touchpoints. This broken system and poor experience were a roadblock in company’s ability to manage their marketing process, automation, collaboration, and campaign management effectively.

- By integrating the CRM system, UIConnect successfully mapped the entire process of lead enrolment across the stages of a marketing funnel and providing valuable insights. After establishing, evaluating, and ensuring the smooth operation of the website, CRM, and marketing automation systems, UIConnect initiated the database cleansing, list creations, segmentation, and campaign setup for email and PPC ads.
- Over the two years, UIConnect's all MarTech support activities, covering email marketing, lead funnel automation & workflow setup, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (specifically LinkedIn Ads), SEO optimization, and creatives helped to strenghten the underlying CRM system and workflow.
